Optional practice, so ran 4 with the team, then 13. Saw a guy waiting for the bus with a white face and wearing a big Dracula cape. hmmmm it is only September... right? :) The temp was awesome in the 60's with a cool breeze out of the west. I am not missing the 85-90 degrees or the humidity (of course ask me in 4 months when my nostrils are freezing shut). My legs felt pretty good, kind of tired for the last 5, but all in all it was a good day to be running! :) |
