I missed all your blog entries this week, but I just caught up. Looks like you had a good week! I've just started doing some speed/tempo work too within the last few weeks. It feels good to run a little faster, doesn't it?

It has been nice to pick up the pace and I just enjoy running outside. The weird thing is I have not done any kind of core work or weights since I got sick and my legs feel so much better. Before I got sick I was doing all this other stuff in addition to running and my legs felt heavy and I was really struggling. I don't know, maybe it is the warmer weather and clear roads.
