A slow, easy run with the dogs and Ron. Maggie ran with us so we went slow and easy so her short legs could keep up. It was warm, so we went slow and easy for Bayly. Ron has not run for quite some time so we went slow and easy for him, too. :)

An interesting thing occurs, every now and then, on a certain mile stretch of my usual route. I noticed it a couple years ago and I thought it was odd. There are no houses, just farm fields, the road and ditch. Somebody tosses 2 or 3 trashy romance novels out the car window as they drive along the road. It is always on the same mile and the books are in good shape when they are tossed. It's happened 3 or 4 times. Weird.

Maybe they have a strange fetish and are trying to get rid of the evidence. That is so weird.

BTW, I just read your 1/2 marathon race report. I don't know how I missed it when it came along! You've got some great speed!!!
