Sunset run with Miles. Trying to get back into the swing of things after vacationing in Colorado. Jared, Ron and I climbed Longs Peak. Jared summited, I made it to the Key Hole and Ron made it to the Boulder Field. I intended to summit again with Ron and Jared, but Ron got dizzy on the hike up and I knew I wasn't going to let him go any farther than the Key Hole. When I got to the Key Hole my legs were sapped and I remembered what was after the Key Hole. So I told Jared to find a group and get to the summit and I went back down to Ron and we headed back down. It was a great day and lots of people on the trail, so we took our time and chatted with everyone. Jared summited at 8:00am and made it down to the trailhead at 1:00pm, safe and sound. Thank you Lord.

It was a great vacation! Getting ready for our next adventure in 10 days. Backpacking in the Beartooth Mountains!
