"Ride and Stride" today. Biked 2.5 and ran 2.5, just under race pace. Gorgeous evening for a run. Bike path and truck route for 9.5. I wish my legs felt as good as the weather. 

 Tara left this morning and made it safely to Bismarck. Movie nights with Bayly and Maggie now. They are not as much fun, and they can't eat popcorn.

Tara is our youngest. She is also going to school for English Ed. We will have 2 english teachers in the family.
