Ran a 5k (@8:15 pace) on the treadmill before bed. I was gonna run a little more but I was sleepy and not feeling well. I feel like I'm getting faster and I'm def loosing weight so I think my plan is working. I woke up Friday morning and my left foot is a little sore from the top down around the inside to my arch. I hope it's nothing serious, just some soreness from a misplaced step or something. Friday is an off day becasue I have to work till midnight so it'll have time to relax and heal
