Long run, I ended up running all over the place to make up the miles. One of the nicest thing about my Garmin 405 is that I don't need to ever plan distances for my runs. I have rough ideas of my various loops and the watch lets me adjust to get the distance. I love it!!. Managed to average a pace 7:55. Ate a butt load of ice cream after and none of my pants fit anymore. I love it!, lost 35# since memorial day last year and have another 16 to go to get my goal of 158!. super pumped
