3 miles on the treadmill after dinner. 8 minute pace. lower legs a little sore from the race on sunday but getting better
So, I'm stupid and missed the registration for Around the Bay 30k. Who would have thought it would fill up 2 months early. I guess I'll cry softly to myself and eat some ice cream. In light of that, I was thinking that maybe I'll spend the summer running 5ks and maybe a 15k. Short stuff. So, to replace ATB, I signed up for another 5k mid-April. Goal times: Sub 20 for sure, sub 19 is what I'm aiming for and sub 6min/miles is my super goal. Got 12 weeks to train!
