4 miles on the treadmill at the gym. Average pace 8:27. Followed by push ups, dips, lunges, squats, biceps. Interestingly enough, my left (my baby carrying bicep) bicep is MUCH stronger than my right... Woopsy, looks like I need to make more of an effort to even things out a bit. Hoping for an afternoon run later today. 2 slow miles later, I made it happen.
