Married with 2 lively boys. I love running and I love getting faster. Just trying to figure out how to balance life between being a mother, wife, part time nurse, and runner. :)
When I was in 6th grade I filled out a Getting to Know You sheet. Under nicknames I wrote, "My brothers call me Boo Legs, I think its because I run fast." (It really came from the movie, Strange Brew) And its been my family nickname ever since.
3.3 miles at the gym this morning followed by lunges, squats, push ups, dips, and abs. Its been a while since I have lifted, I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow.
2.2 miles in the afternoon on the rickety old treadmill.

yah i am never consistent with weights twice in one week for one week and then skip several months-- i always pay for it with the inability to move the next day!! thanks for motivating me to try to start again--- but not until after Oct 6th ; D. hope your soreness doesn't last long!!

Nice job with the lifting. I was doing so good in the Spring and then I quit going to the gym completely slacked off. After TOU I really need to get back on track.
