9 seems to be the number of the week so far.... Here's the workout from today. 1 mile warm up, 1/2 mile (3:07), 1 mile (6:18), 2 miles (6:40, 6:37), 1 mile (6:20), 1/2 mile (3:06), 1 mile cool down. Recovery jogs between each set. I have a love/hate relationship with speedwork. I love how I feel after, but I hate it the burning in the lungs and legs that inevitably comes with it. |
