Married with 2 lively boys. I love running and I love getting faster. Just trying to figure out how to balance life between being a mother, wife, part time nurse, and runner. :)
When I was in 6th grade I filled out a Getting to Know You sheet. Under nicknames I wrote, "My brothers call me Boo Legs, I think its because I run fast." (It really came from the movie, Strange Brew) And its been my family nickname ever since.
1 mile warm up, 3 miles @ 7:00 min/mile, 2.25 miles @ 8:30 min/mile.
Lunges and push ups.
When I was done, my face was all red/blotchy/sweaty, reminiscent of my 8 year old self on the playground at recess.

Awesome workout Natalie! I am so incredibly afraid of transitioning back to the treadmill. Yikes it feels about a thousand times harder than outside to me.
Extra brownie points for doing lunges. :) I only attempt those like twice a year...

Rachelle, I have a love/hate relationship with the treadmill. If I could get my booty out of bed in time to get a good run in before my husband leaves, I'd do it. But fortunately (or unfortunately) my gym has a day care so most days, sleep wins.
