My first workout was 5 treadmill miles. AP 8:27. Followed by 10 min cool down on the elliptical. Second workout was 123 minutes long, watching the women's semifinal soccer game. USA vs. Canada. Holy crap...such an exciting game. My son was wondering why mommy was yelling at the TV. Go USA. Now I have to get caught up on everything I should have been doing for 123 minutes.... |
