I should have known, "later today" almost always means never. Lunges and abs didn't happen yesterday but I'm glad to report they showed up in today's workout. I was ADD at the gym today. All of it was random but the totals came to this: 2 treadmill miles, lunges, abs, jump squats, 2 min wall sit, side shuffles, 30 min on the elliptical. I was sweaty so I know it worked. |
