I gave in.....I ran. oops?
Actually it wasn't that bad. My shin kinda ached but it warmed up like it did right before the marathon. Whereas last week, it never got warm and always hurt.
Not gonna lie, it felt great to get the legs moving again. Ran 4 miles at 8:15 min/miles. I'm itching to do speedwork but again...trying to be smart. I did upper body weights after the run on the treadmill. |
