Body pump at the gym. Really wanted to run today. But decided my shin would probably not like it too much. Driving home from the gym, I saw several runners and got a bit jealous. Two weeks ago I was ready to take a major break from running, now I'm ready to get back at it. Just waiting for this shin to be ready. I am looking forward to focusing more on strength workouts.
