Went for an easy bike ride this morning because my body just needed to move.  Forgot to change the sport to biking on my garmin so apparently I ran a 3:58 mile pace for 10.39 miles.  Sweet.

Hi Nan,

I just thought I'd drop in and say Hello since I'm also in Colorado. But 3:58 pace for 10.39 miles is way more out of my league than it is out of yours.

An easy bike ride is a great idea.

if you learn to make that your MP, you'll be running 1:44 marathons soon enough :)

great job on the recovery process.
