Met with the RRB group at East Boulder Community park 20 minute warm up, stretching, strides 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1 Fartlek with 1 minute jog between the 1 & 2 and 2 minute jog between the 3 & 4. It felt pretty easy and fun. My pace was between 5:00-5:45 pace throughout the intervals. 10 minute cool down My right calf is tight. ART with Richey tomorrow. |
