Would have done the extra .2 mile loop right by my house but I realized right as I was almost home that the garbage man was going to come by my house momentarily and my garbages weren't out, so I ran home and put them out just in time.

Enjoyed the new playlist this morning.  I swear, Regina Spektor and Kate Nash must be sisters or something.  Their voices sound very similar and their styles are similar too.  Actually Regina is a little more vague in her writing than Kate.  Both great musicians though.

Good job getting the garbage out on time. That's more important than .2 miles, especially when you've got a house full of kids.

just remember this day when you are running your next marathon. you saved .2 miles worth of energy today to be used on the homestretch of the marathon.

It's funny we were talking about TMBG yesterday. I was watching an alphabet-type movie from the library with my 3 year old today, and the music caught my attention. Sure enough, the whole thing is by TMBG! Cool.

Carolyn-Yes, I wouldn't have wanted to keep those 20+ stinky diapers in the garbage can for another week. Who knows what would have started growing in there.

Allie-Thats right. I didn't burn that extra one gram of fat and now I still have it for future use. Sweet. I have a lot more where that came from thanks to my lower mileage as of late.

Jon-TMBG's ABCs, 123s, and Here Comes Science albums are MUST HAVES for your children's happiness and well-being. Every family with young children should own them.

Melody-Did you make it in time?

Sam-Why are you surprised I listen to Regina and Kate while running? Don't you?

Yes, I made it! Thank goodness the truck doesn't come until the afternoon around here.
