Legs felt pretty tired from yesterday.  I worked them out on the foam roller yesterday and this morning.  Also got some ART on my achilles yesterday.  Richey reminded me that I really need to be doing single leg squats and balance exercises to get my left foot intrinsics firing better and reduce the stress on my achilles. 

And we're off to Utah!
