Rolled out on the foam roller and Aaron massaged my calves last night for a long time.  This morning I was even more sore than yesterday. I guess all that rolling/massage losened all the lactic acid and now its still working its way out of my legs. ???   I finally started to feel warmed up after about 5 miles.  Wanted to go 10, but needed to be back by 7:15 so Aaron could get to an early networking meeting, so I cut it short a bit because my pace was slower than expected and I had to stop to stretch after a couple of miles.  As it was, I didn't get back until 7:20 but Aaron was still getting ready to leave so at least I didn't make him late.  Aaron and I talked last night about the possibility of getting a babysitter once a week so I can join a group for speed work in preparation for my next marathon.  I guess I'll start asking around to see who I can get to take good care of my kids for a few hours once a week.   I probably wont start doing this until the beginning of October though, so I have some time to find someone.

Okay, okay. I'll babysit.

You will?! Great thanks! Saves me the time of having to find someone else AND you get to earn more slush money to spend on your cross dressing habit. Sounds like a win/win situation. You're hired!

Yeah. Her daughter dressed me up like a giant chipmunk.

Seriously though. The worst baby-sitting experience I've had is when all the kids ran outside to play in the yard. The three year old girl took all of her clothes off, climbed up the ladder on top of their van, and started dancing around. I tried to get her off, but of course her parents came home right at that moment.

Hahahaha! That is awesome. Hey, you can't be blamed for inspiring confidence and a desire to entertain in people. The little van dancer will be a Broadway star someday all because of that babysitter who got her started. Her parents will thank you later.
