Easy run on Big Dry Creek. Felt pretty sore from doing my first track workout in probably 3 years yesterday. Started to loosen up after a few miles though. I think I'll join in on a group run with a training group tomorrow. This group called Runner's Edge of the Rockies does Tuesday track workouts and Saturday long runs for marathoners. The coach said there are some guys shooting for sub 2:50 marathons in the fall so I can run with them. I will see how I like it on Saturday and consider joining. I'd really like to run with other people to push my pace a couple of times a week, but I just don't know if I can commit to the extra travel time. |
