Met Simon and the tri group at Flatiron Athletic Club Warmed up 20 minutes, stretching, strides 5 minutes at 5:47 pace 2 minute jog 4X2:30 at 5:32, 5:15, 5:43, 5:27 pace with 90 second jog between each 2 minute jog 5 minutes at 5:45 pace 2 minute jog 4X90 seconds at 5:26, 5:38, 5:15, 5:13 pace with 1 minute jog between each 10 minute cool down Achilles is a little tight again today. I'm going to see if I can get some ART done on it before we leave for Utah tomorrow.
