Nice loop around Standley Lake.  Did 7X50stride pick-ups in the first few miles and that seemed to get my pace moving.  Felt GREAT!!

Push: 4X25

Pull: 4X10

Sit: 4X50 +20 reverse

Here's a pic of the nice neat loop I run around the Lake:

I agree with Burt. That's a nice speedy run, but probably not too hard for you.

Awesome run, nan. Easy pace is now low 7s, huh??? That is so great!!! The loop looks like a lot of fun. Is it close to your house?

Burt-I'm still not exactly sure what that is supposed to mean.

Carolyn-My music just kept pushing me faster. I'm going to blame that.

Mel-The start and finish is my house at the green flag.

Sam-Don't be thinking its easy for me to get all that in. I'm shaking pretty badly and my arms are totally pumped by the end. I feel like my core and arms are stronger when I'm running though. Thanks for initiating the challenge!

It's code. Carolyn understands it.
