Little bit sore, but not bad.  Felt good to get the lactic acid out.  Beautiful morning!!  55 degrees!!

BLOGGER SPOTLIGHT!  I have this picture from January 2003 of my blogger friend, Jessica.  Hard core climber, eh!

And here is a few days earlier at her Birthday party.  After the party we all went to St. George for a weekend of climbing.  Good times!

Weren't those numbers from yesterday better than the ones you posted a few days ago?

Hey, I just thought of something. You and Aaron were Deb and Napoleon respectively for Halloween. What a slap in the face to your sister.

Yeah, I get stronger in my sleep, Burt. Watch out.

Emily actually loved our costumes.

I am literally blushing as I type - I've seen the quantcast for this website. Thanks though Nan - my heart warmed all the blood right through me to see those good memories. Oh to throw my leg over some rock like that again. Maybe just one or two more kids and then a few years and we'll toss the whole family at some good porous, pockety limestone. Believe it or not there is a real, outdoor wall near where we will be living in KY.

Oh - and good run by the way (:

Yeah Jess, you definitely have more awesome climbing adventures in your future. I've heard KY has some sweet climbing actually.
