Started off really slowly as my right foot is still pretty tight.  It started to warm up about a half mile in, but that first half mile was pretty difficult.  I'm going in for a massage today, I'll see if I can get some more deep tissue work done on it.

Aaron downloaded some new Band of Horses songs and a few songs by Yeasayers to add to our workout mix.  Its always nice to have some fresh tunes.  This song really got me moving this morning:

You can work out to that? I can't believe I listened to the whole thing.

From Aaron Kennard on Wed, Aug 04, 2010 at 12:52:19 from 174.51.250.151

now you just have to listen to it one more time and it will be stuck in your head. You just need to look past their image burt...image isn't everything, just because you wouldn't give yourself that short of a bowl cut, wear a wife beater, and sing like a girl, doesn't mean you can't enjoy a cool song.

Haha! Hey, I am a fan of Elton John. That's about as crazy as I can get.

they stopped making good music around 1990. all the tunes were pretty much used up by then. of course the 70s is where music ruled. oh well just as well since I can't listen to it anymore anyway :-)

Scott - I'm pretty sure you meant to say 80's. When did your hearing go out on you?

Burt and Scott-Yeasayers isn't 80s enough for you? They actually reminded me of Erasure the first time I heard them but I guess they are more of a 90s group so you probably don't like them either.

Allie-Good choice. The Infinite Arms album has lots of good songs.

no comprende yeasayers, erasure, band of horses, justin bieber, lady gaga... what language are you guys taking?

From Nan on Thu, Aug 05, 2010 at 13:43:00 from 174.51.250.151

Nobody said anything about Justin Baby or Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga makes me feel like puking, actually. Be glad you can't hear that one, Scott.
