I ran in high school. I ran briefly at SUU, then got busted up pretty good for 3 years. Trying to get back to something decent.

Moderate speed left turns on the red oval. 4:52, 5:17, 5:00.  Full recovery of hobbyjogging in between. 1.5 mile warmup + cooldown.  Knee be tweaking slightly, need to pull back on hard runs for a bit.

6 miles to the dump park and back, 6:45 pace.  Landfills are gross and depressing places, but it's hard to think of another option for the tons of trash we all have... always fun to think about the feasibility of living off-grid.  Finished with 3 20-second hill strides and some yogging. Now I'm off to see the biomechanics wizard in hopes he can cast a spell on me.

Short mountain yog with ol henny hunny buns.  Nothing like some flashy pink gear to brighten a day.  Lil bit o climbing and heavy breathing and reminiscing. May attempt round one of spellcasting tonight, we'll see if that enables another run on the morrow.
