Forgot my watch today and needed to document before I forget.
1.5 mile slow warm up w/dynamics and whatnot. 4x1600m and 2x200m.
5:15, 5:22, 5:18, 5:10. Goal was sub 5:20 average, ended up 5:16 average so I'll take it.
200s were 26 and 28, felt a little wobbly.
The entire Layton track team showed up just after us so the track was definitely crowded..
1.5 miles cooldown. Still getting over a headcold, but I was definitely happy with today's workout. Certainly got a long ways to go for any chance at a fast time at Des News this summer...
