Schiffman, Ashlynn, ET, and Braydon showed up on New Years for a little run. We did a loop that took us to Butterfield and , jumped on the trail down to Monarch, and back to Foothills. I ran most of the run with Schiffman and we averaged 8:10 pace for the 4.5 miles. 2010 running goals: Get Healthy and stay that way! Be consistent in hard workouts, 3 per week at peak training.
Break 2:30 in a marathon 2500 miles this year
Run two marathons Sub 1:12 in the half marathon Cross-train 3 times a week minimum Better after workout habits (stretching out, using the stick and foam roller) Run down in the low 16:00s in a 5k
