XC practice with my kids.  I am sore freakin sore from Saturday, probably as bad as after St. George last year.  I did a super easy and slow 7.5 miles with some of my varsity girls. We ran on all four canal trails around Riverton.   My legs started to loosen up a bit on my run but now they are worse than before.

Mine too. I made myself go out this morning and now I'm hurting even more. I don't know why I'm so jacked up this year. Last year I wasn't really that bad. On the Tuesday after I ran the last 10 of Des New with Sasha. There is no way I could do that tomorrow.

I am all jacked up! Keep it easy!

I like your school blog - you must have got that idea from some other AMAZING coach!

Is that you? j/k Mel took some pic of you too. I will e-mail them when I get them. I am so glad everyone else is just as sore as me:) Ice, ice, ice.

I did get the idea from a decent coach down in southern Utah.:) I needed a place to communicate with my kids while I am creating my website. It might take a while.

I am alright unless I sit a while or attempt to go down stairs! It will definitely be an easy week.

Aren't all your week easy James?;)

Yes! That is why I am so sore because last week was my only hard one I have had!
