XC practice with my kids. We did a 4.5 mile loop along two canal trails. I am still sore from earlier this week. We played Ultimate barefoot for an hour and a half after the run. I will probably end up being more sore than I am now. So much for a decent half tomorrow! Oh well, I will just have fun and run as fast as my sore body can go. (Omni- 583 miles)
