I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
XC practice this morning. I had the kids do a Fartlek while I went on an easy 7 miler on the Jordan River PKWY. Still beat up from last week but I seem to be on the mend.
That's great your recovering. Your doing a great job with those XC kids. They make you a better runner as well. How many miles are you going to peak at to get ready for St. George?
