I had about a half hour between getting off of work and our track meet so I ran a quick 5 miler. Nice afternoon for a run, I wish I would have had more time. No watch.

Not too many more weeks of school. If you're like me you're looking forward to the summer and a little more time to train.

Dustin- I sure am. In fact I am looking forward to Track season ending for the same reason. How is your training for WBR coming along?

From Dustin on Wed, Apr 23, 2008 at 23:32:44

I hope to be in a little better shape this year. At least I will have the experience from last year. I have been dealing with a calf injury from playing basketball that happened last month. My calf is getting better, but it did set me back a few weeks of training and I'm not going to be doing the Ogden Marathon now because I don't feel like my endurance is where it needs to be. I am thinking about doing the Deseret News Marathon in July. Have you ever ran that course?

From James on Wed, Apr 23, 2008 at 23:34:00

No. I ran the old course as a training run though.
