I feel tons better today and feel like I have about 80% of my strength back. I still have a pretty good cough, but it seems to be mellowing out too. I hope to run an easy run with my kids tomorrow.

Thanks Brent. I am more than ready to be 100%, it is just taking me a long time to get that way.

James, I'm just back home (and to the blog) today. Sorry you couldn't make it down there, we missed you. I'll get a race report up sometime, but it was a perfect day to run and way more fun than being sick. Good to hear you're coming around.

From josse on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 10:10:40

Ya David we need you hear how awsome your race was.

From josse on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 10:12:01

OH ya and James I am so glad you are feeling better. I feel alittle bad that you came and paced me in that race, it probably was the start to putting you in the hole.

From Jon on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 10:14:06

Yeah, keep getting better!

From James on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 12:29:24

Josse- that run didn't put me in the hole, I was already on my way under. Del Sol might of a little because of the missed sleep. But if I would have run Del Sol I would still be in the same shape with less good memories.
