Easy 5.5 miles with two of my guys (Trevor and Garrett). We did some strides afterward on the grass. We started with everyone but we were going faster so we lost most of the others, not that we were going that fast! Beautiful afternoon for running or being outside. We have our first meet tomorrow so it will be interesting to see how some of my kids perform. I felt better and worked more junk out of my body today. 7:25 pace for the run. (Adrenaline-572 miles) |
