3 up. 2 laps of straight-aways.
5x800m (2:30, 2:27, 2:28, 2:28, 2:26) w/ 400 jogging rest.
1 down. Felt rusty, as expected. There was a strong headwind on the homestretch that made it twice as fun.
Took the boys to the Utah State USATF cross country champs. They did ok but probably had too much candy in the gut. I rabbited the 3k (11:45!) which after my little speed session was way harder than I imagined.
