2 mile warm-up to the tempo loop and 2 down. 2 x 3 mile intervals with 1 mile easy between. 5:32 avg for the first set, and 5:29 for the second. Felt great, finally kicking the cold/flu. Matt, Nate, Trevor, and I worked together. Crew is looking good.
