AM:
Met Matt and Bryce at the Lehi track at 5am. 4 mile warm up. Plan was 4x1600m. Perfect morning. 70 degrees and no wind. 2 mile warm down.
Splits: (5:00, 4:54, 4:56, 5:01), 800m rest in between (about 4 minutes).
This felt a little harder than last time but the effort was even. On the last one I ran with Matt for the first 800m and then intentionally backed off and cruised the last half. I definitely had one more in me so hopefully didn't overdo it.
PM: 5 comically slow miles on the grass and bark chips.
