TRACK WORKOUT
Lehi track with Mat, Trevor, Reed, Chris, Chad, and Jeff. 3 up, 2 down.
2 x 2m (10:24, 10:25) w/ 800m recovery at ~6 min pace (ouch)
1 x 1.5m (5:15, 2:40)
Ran out of gas on the last one and bailed early. Still happy with the workout. Matt powered through the whole thing and looked strong as always. Trevor is getting in shape fast and did most of it. Fun stuff.
