Met Toni, Dave Taylor and Ty in Orem for a ... run. I wanted to do 6 mile repeats at MP. It felt a little too hard so I only did 4. Legs are a little tired still. I'm hoping a taper will get things zippy again. Splits: (5:45, 5:40, 5:40, 5:40, 5:55) I really should relax my goals for SLC but what's the fun in that? |
