All recovered?

Now that you know what is involved in a 50k, and given the way you kept motoring through the Recovery Run, you'll do well at Black Warrior (and likely get a PR...)

Yep,I was back to normal after 4 days.I remember 2 years ago I ran 20 miles at Delano on a 80 mile a month mileage base and it was three days before I could even walk and ten days before I could think of running. So the fear of the unknown is over.I am looking forward to a good and enjoyable Black Warrior. Then it is on to Delano (50 miles????)

Oh yea Nevels....Congrats on the Marathon victory.Your first number 1 finish? In a marathon of course.

Glad to hear you're back at it. I think you could get 50 miles at Delano. All you have to do is keep moving...

Thanks; it's actually marathon win number 2 (I also won the Make It By Midnight Marathon this past summer).
