4.20 miles today.Something is not quite right, I am going to take a few days off and rest. I should not have to endure pain on every run. Usually by the time that I warm up I feel good, now the pain gets worse in my hips and groin area.

After my first Ultra I tried to get back into normal training runs...bad idea, my body demanded recovery and cross training, no running. Take time off to let your body recover.

You are not going to get that 15 pounds off by slacking. lol
