3.22 at a fairly good pace 8:25.My mileage has not been that great since the 1/31/09 when I ran my first 50k. Now I have another one this weekend. I hope that my previous mileage base will be enough to carry me through. Does anyone know how long before you start losing fitness (That is to run a longer distance?) I think that I will be ok but I may not be able to function for a few days. |
