Not much better. It does'nt look like that I will make my 5k tomorrow. :(

I have not run in 4 days, but the good news is that my head and chest is starting to loosen up.(if you know what I mean)

Hang in there. You'll be back on the road soon.

There is another 5K over in Huntsville on the 20th if you are interested. I'm probably going to pass since the marathon is next weekend.

I have to work on the 20th and I am trying to conserve vacation for our time off at Christmas.I am probably done until Jan. I look forward to this coming year.I am going to change some of my traing habits,longer runs is one thing that I am going to have to improve on for sure.The Black warroir 25k sounds like fun and also the Delano for sure.
