| AM: 18 miles with various runners in the beginning and the end whom were running in the DeSoto 15k.
Anthony earned first overall and Elia earned second overall in the 15k. Alan got third overall and Gretchen got first overall in the 5k. This was pretty cool to watch since they all are people I run with.
Today was my longest run in a while and I finished it off with a plunge into the ocean at DeSoto park beach. While swimming I found about 6 sand dollars and had a dolphin swim with 10 feet of me- and I was only swimming for about 15 minutes. Sometimes I forget I live in paradise and remember it is important to enjoy it.
