12:00am: Midnight run with  Elia!  I like doing this every once in a while- especially with long runs.  Sometimes it's fun to wake up in the middle of the night and go for a run.  The heat lightning was continuous and amazing (as it always is in the area I live in).

PM: Treadmill.  I didn't intend to go on the treadmill for anything other than a warm up, however I just did not feel like lifting today.  Kept it around 6:40/mile pace or so.
