AM: Ran wil Elia, Anthony for a little bit, and then we were joined with a runner, Ali, from Georgia visiting her family in St. Pete.  Had a lot of fun, but I am still noticeably out of shape.  I suppose that''s the wrong phrasing for it- I am not in running shape and have too much weight and muscle on me to be very good fast right now.  

I did some striders at the end since Elia wanted to, which was enjoyable.
