Ran with the best tour guide ever.  Now I know why Burt has a Rocket crush.  You needn't be self-conscious about how you speak, Lucia.  Historical knowledge about canals is best delivered with an exotic, Bond-girl, Argentine accent. 

For someone who calls herself clumsy, Lucia nimbly manuvered through steep and twisting paths full of roots and stones slick from the recent rains.  Maybe she doesn't know what the word clumsy means...  Anyway, I had a blast.  Thanks again for the workout, the lesson in Early American water transport and the great company.

Looked up an old friend and hung out/carbo-loaded until it was time to run with the Rocket

Worked out with my true love! Or at least walked on the treadmill next to her. 1xkb#1(55, -L, +20p, 1C, -J) Easy swim not so easy. Too much clorine tasted terrible and made my teeth feel funny.

Fun in the AZ sun.  It was unseasonalbly cool from what I hear.

Ran 3 miles under 21 on a track without a watch. 

Swam some and ran some more, but lost track of the distance. 

Bonnie and Dean picked me up afterward and took me out for dinner.

They were great to hang out with.  High energy and lots of smiles.  I do hope they make it out our way for a visit.  The girls would love them.

Thanks for making my visit to Arizona even more memorable :)

Petered around the pool for a little bit.  Probably spent more time in the jacuzzi than swimming though.
