I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
Since Jan I've lost some inches and my pants started falling off. I spent the last couple of weeks vacationing with the girls and working on making my pants fit again.
Rucked. Started walking after 3.25 miles.
1100, 92 F, clear, not windy enough

I missed you guys Mike! I am glad you got those pants fitting again!
Also, are you nuts? Not windy enough? At 92 degrees maybe you are right...

Sam, I tend to eat a lot more cakes and muffins when I'm not training.
Eric, we had a great time in the Bahamas. Rachel even agreed to go parasailing. It was cancelled due to high winds, but she agreed nonetheless. It wasn't too windy for kayaking though. It's Rachel's new hobby :) We went out on double kayaks with Rachel and me in one and the girls in the other. A six foot nurse shark circled the girls and I have a permanent farmer's tan.
We missed you too Bonnie! Next time we'll smuggle you aboard.
Jefferey, I'm not in Iraq. It's just hot where we live :)

Bahamas, wow, what a great trip! I envy you, maybe someday I'll do the same: take my girls to the bahamas, and wife, of course...
Permanent tan, mmm! so maybe you don't have to put on the black goo on your face when going into combat?
