Nice miles man! How are the legs felling?

From walter on Mon, Jan 26, 2009 at 19:25:03

Mike, nice pace. I just noticed today while I had a minute. Do you have any marathons coming up?

From Kelli on Mon, Jan 26, 2009 at 20:33:03

Holy crud, you are fast!

From jefferey on Tue, Jan 27, 2009 at 17:19:29

Very nice pace indeed! What is your PR for the marathon?

From montelpsy on Mon, Feb 02, 2009 at 19:41:17

Thanks Burt!

My legs are feeling good, Marion. They always feel great after a thorough waxing, though.

Walter, a couple of guys have an agreement to run every AF marathon we able to, so that's in Sep.

I'm want to be as fast as you Kelli.

Jefferey, I ran it in 3:50 something. It was closer to 4. I'd like to qualify for Boston one day. It's mind boggling to see how fast and long you folks run. It definitely makes me push harder.

From Walter on Mon, Feb 02, 2009 at 22:29:42

Ill look into that one. It looks like a great one!

Walter, I don't have a lot of insight on what makes a marathon good or not, but I did hear from other people that this one was well thought out and the aid stations were great. There isn't a big crowd since it's on base. There are stretches where it's pretty quiet too. And they have fly overs :) And hills :(

From Walter on Fri, Feb 06, 2009 at 08:49:19

Just having a fly over would keep me pumped up! Id have an adrenaline overdose!
